Every scan drives the cookie banner in a real browser and records what the site did after each choice. We then set what we recorded beside the rules for a region. Which regions depends on the plan.

GDPR and the ePrivacy rules on cookies. Whether trackers load before a choice, after Reject, and how the banner presents the choice.

United States
California's privacy rules (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws. Whether the site acts on the Global Privacy Control signal and shows a “Do Not Sell or Share” link.

Banners that ask you to pay

Some sites, often news sites, offer two choices: accept tracking, or pay or subscribe. There is no free way to say no. TakesNo recognises these banners and does not press the pay or subscribe button. Your report says plainly that no free Reject was offered, so there is nothing to record after Reject. What the site did after Accept and before any choice is recorded as usual.
